Technology

From a physical exercise to objective rehabilitation data in three connected stages.

The Repreact system is built to capture, process, and interpret movement with clinical relevance. The core workflow starts on the barbell and ends with individualized rehabilitation insight that can be used in active decision-making.

Step 01

Instrument the Exercise

A pair of physical Repreact Collars is attached to an Olympic-standard barbell. A proprietary sensor arrangement, combined with a fusion algorithm, captures high-fidelity motion data during the exercise.

Step 02

Stream and Process in Real Time

This movement data is streamed to a remote server that processes the exercise in real time, transforming raw motion into structured biomechanical signal throughout the session.

Step 03

Generate Clinical Inference

A proprietary machine-learning pipeline, together with a custom implementation of university-research biomechanics software, generates individualized inferences about movement behaviour to identify issues, suggest plans, and track personalized long-term rehabilitation.

To maintain responsible distribution of proprietary material, access is prioritized for qualified partnership conversations and credible investor engagement.

Processing Layer

Data is processed continuously during the exercise window so that signal quality, movement behaviour, and progression indicators can be reviewed without waiting for delayed batch analysis.

Clinical Use

Outputs are designed to help practitioners identify mechanical issues earlier, support evidence-based intervention planning, and maintain a personalized long-horizon view of recovery quality over time.
